1. Who We Are

DNA Finance is a commercial finance broker. We introduce and arrange business finance — including asset, equipment, and commercial loan products — between our clients and a panel of lenders. We are a credit broker, not a lender. We do not provide funding directly.

The commercial finance products we arrange are provided to business customers and fall outside the scope of FCA-regulated consumer credit activity. If your circumstances mean a product you're seeking may be regulated, please tell us so we can advise accordingly.

1a. Eligibility

Our services are available exclusively to limited companies that have been trading for a minimum of 2 years. We do not arrange finance for sole traders, partnerships, or individuals. This eligibility criteria reflects the scope of products we are set up to arrange and helps ensure the finance we introduce falls outside regulated consumer credit activity. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry that falls outside this criteria.

2. Our Services

  • We will assess your finance requirements and, where appropriate, introduce you to one or more lenders from our panel who may be able to assist.
  • We do not guarantee that any lender will offer you finance, or that terms offered will match your expectations.
  • We may receive commission or a fee from a lender when a finance agreement completes as a result of our introduction. This does not increase the amount you pay.
  • Where we charge a fee directly to you, this will be disclosed and agreed with you in writing before you proceed.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when applying for finance through us.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any finance agreement before signing it. We recommend seeking independent financial or legal advice if you are unsure.
  • Any finance agreement you enter into is directly between you and the lender; DNA Finance is not a party to that agreement.

4. No Advice

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, DNA Finance provides an introduction and brokerage service only. We do not provide regulated financial advice on the suitability of specific products for your circumstances unless stated otherwise.

5. Website Use

  • Content on this website is for general information only and does not constitute financial advice.
  • We take reasonable care to ensure information on this website is accurate but do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.
  • You must not misuse this website (e.g. introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or submitting false information).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
